Sidi Abdoulaye SY is Chief Executive Officer of ENERGIES MAURITANIA. A mining engineer with over three decades of experience in the mining and hydrocarbons sectors, he is a graduate of the École des Mines de Paris (1984). He has dedicated much of his career to the development and governance of natural resources in Mauritania. From 2000 to 2011, he served as President of the National Hydrocarbons Commission, playing a decisive role in establishing and developing Mauritania's hydrocarbons sector. Today, he brings his technical expertise, institutional experience and in-depth knowledge of the extractive sector to ENERGIES MAURITANIA, supporting the development of a high-performing, sustainable energy sector that creates value for Mauritania.

Abdellahi Ragel has solid experience in economics, administrative and financial management, and corporate leadership. Holder of a master's degree in economics, he spent 14 years as a senior executive at Solavt, a major Mauritanian player in tourism and logistics. He then joined an economic consulting firm, where he spent four years analyzing and developing economic projects. Today, he brings his expertise to ENERGIES MAURITANIA with a vision grounded in rigor, good governance and sustainable development of the national energy sector.
